Mill date
The mill date is on the pack.
Most atta bags show a best-before month. That does not tell you when the wheat was ground. We print the milling date on the pack, with a batch code and a QR.
The QR opens a public page for that run: farm, mill, and the day it left the chakki in Harda. If the code is not in the public log, WhatsApp us a photo of the bag.
Chakki Fresh, Farm Select, and MP Gold all carry the mill date. Same plant, different lots.

- What is a milling date on atta?
- It is the day that lot was ground at our mill in Harda. DAMUK Farms prints it on retail packs, along with a batch code.
- Is that the same as best before?
- No. Best before is a month printed months ahead. The mill date is the day the wheat was stone-ground.
- How do I verify a pack?
- Scan the QR on the bag. It should open damukfarms.com/trace/ and the batch code. You can also WhatsApp us the code.
- Where is the mill?
