Wheat from Harda.
We grow wheat in Harda, in the Narmada valley. Cool rabi winters and alluvial soil are why this grain mills into atta that holds on the tawa. Sharbati is only the top lot, sold as MP Gold.
We sow it on our land and mill it on a stone chakki at our plant. Loose atta is unbranded flour in plain bags. Chakki Fresh, Farm Select, and MP Gold are the branded bags, with the mill date printed on them.
Graded wheat is the whole grain, and you name the grade when you order. Choker is wheat bran for animal feed. Everything ships in 25 kg or 50 kg bags, minimum 100 kg per product, from the Harda warehouse.
